Chef/Cook Required - Busy Northfleet Pub
Salary: £7.50 to £8.50 Per Hour Depending on Age & Experience

Based in Northfleet
Experienced Chef/Cook required for a busy pub in Northfleet, Kent.
A traditional British pub with extensive lunch and evening menus, buffet menus and 26 cover A La Carte restaurant.
The applicant must be reliable and flexible with excellent organisation and communication skills. Experience working in a similar environment is essential.
The applicant must possess a relevant catering qualification and a current CIEH Food Safety & Hygiene certificate. Knowledge of Safer Food, Better Business would be an advantage.
References and evidence of qualifications will be required.
Hours of work will be mainly evenings and weekends and duties will include;
• Food preparation and service – Full training will be provided for our specific menus
• Stock control
• Stock ordering
• Meeting all areas of regulatory requirements for food safety and hygiene
Remuneration will depend on age and experience.
