Title: Office Administrator
Hours of work: 35 hrs per week ( 9am – 5pm)
Salary : £15,000 per year
Holidays: 30 days per year including stat days
Opus Digital Ltd is recruiting someone to work within the main office to help support the other departments with their administration work and to deal directly with customers. This is an opportunity for someone with an outgoing personality to join this successful organisation at an exciting stage of development.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Title: Office Administrator
• Report to General Manager
• Customer care including handling telephone queries
• Processing all mail ready for post and ensuring
it gets to post on time
• Record all data on program ACT
• Deal with customers at reception
• Organise the sending out of school leaflets
• Customer communication and managing customer data
• Liaising with the Sales/Marketing team with
regard to customer care and information handling
• Help with the administration work for theother departments within the Company All other office duties
The Person we are looking for should have:
• Good communication skills
• 3 years experience in Administration work
• Qualifications in Word, Excel, or ECDL second level
• Experience answering telephone calls
• Experience in Customer Care ( at least 1 year)
• Flexibility with work schedules
• Ability working as part of a team
• Able to work on own initiative
• Experience in minute taking
• A knowledge of computer program ACT an advantage
